Please read particularly terms and conditions bellow, before tour package confirmed!

How to book tour packages

  • Customer able to book tour packages to Exotic Komodo Ecotour by contact his, Phone, Email, Instagram and Facebook Customer also can get more information about tour service from these accounts.
  • If message will not replay at that moment of sending, it can be tour service being closed. The reason is a differentiation time between Indonesia and other countries. For online or offline tour service is open at 08.00- 18.00 in Indonesia’s time. Tour service normally will active around these times only.
  • Customer able to contact continuously to Exotic Komodo Ecotour during the process of tour booking until tour will finish.
  • Communication is always number one’ this motto is very important between tour agent and customers to solve the problems relate to tour service, price, tour regulation and others.

How to do Tour Booking valid

  • Every tour booking makes deposit Down Payment max.30% of the total quotation.
  • Client or participant sends personal data or passport to Exotic Komodo Ecotour tour agent.
  • Client will receive invoice from Exotic Komodo Ecotour.
  • Full payment sent by minimal 1 week before tour held.
  • Tour booking is valid if Client automatically does agree all of the Terms and Conditions that given by Exotic Komodo Ecotour tour agent.

How to pay

  • Client is able to pay tour package by using PAYPAL International Transfer Banking (BNI / BRI) or SWIFT CODE BANK through Western Union (USD, Euro, IDR account). But, for charged, discount by Bank or other extra cost caused by difference currency should be paid or guaranteed by client.
  • Client is able to pay CASH to the Exotic Komodo Ecotour’s office in Labuan Bajo.
  • Payment using by foreign currency should be suitable with the exchange rate of the day pay.
  • Exotic Komodo Ecotour does not receive any payment by Credit Card or Bill.

About Cancellation

Cancellation by customer :

  • Exotic Komodo Ecotour does not accept any cancellations for every tour booking has valid. Except, only by the certain reason; accident, weather and nature condition, and a prohibition from the authoritative institute.
  • Cancellation with the certain reason should be accompanied with a proof and inform to Exotic Komodo Ecotour tour agent.
  • Exotic Komodo Ecotour does not accept any cancellations done unilateral by the customer without any reasonable.
  • Refund 100% for cancellation with certain reason. Unless cancellation 1 month (60 – 30 days) before tour date.
  • Refund 50% for cancellation (29 -19 days) before tour date.
  • Refund 25 % for cancellation (18 – 8 days) before tour date.
  • No refund for cancellation 7 – 1 day before tour date.

Change or Cancellation by Exotic Komodo Ecotour 

Customers have to know the principle of Cancellation “occurred beyond our control”   such as; the following reasons.

  • Weather and nature condition and a prohibition by the authoritative institute refund is available.
  • When on the way tour there is a bad weather happen and operator suggest to change route or destination may for the safety reason. In this case, refund is not available.
  • Change but not Cancellation. Exotic Komodo Ecotour is responsible for all of service will happen beyond his control. Especially relate to the tourism transportation in tour booking, such as; boat, car and motorbike. The transportation can be changed when being got trouble, repaired or recovered.
  • Every changing will suit with the tour package’s price.
  • Something about especial request but less will refund suit with its price.
  • The customer may refuse change and prefer to refund full, unless 1 month before tour held.
  • When Customer prefer to cancellation then change will Refund 50%. Unless (29 -19 days) before tour date.
  • When Customer prefer to cancellation then change will Refund 25 %. Unless (18 – 8 days) before tour date.
  • When Customer prefer to cancellation then change will without Refund (7 – 1) day before tour date.

Compensation

  • Every customer must take care with his or her things during tour. Exotic Komodo Ecotour has not any guarantee or compensation for things have lost or damaged.
  • Exotic Komodo Ecotour responsible with an accident beyond his control, refund will be calculated based on the amount of total cost.
  • Customers have not entitled to ask any compensation to Exotic Komodo Ecotour for something that is not his responsible.

Forfeit

  • Customers responsible for the things that they used from boat during tour such as, safety life jacket, ring boy, masker, fins and others.
  • For the thing is lost or damage will forfeit suit with its price.
  • Exotic Komodo Ecotour has not forfeit for the customer belonging that lost or damage by him or herself.

Insurance

  • Exotic Komodo Ecotour does not apply insurance to customer. Make sure that customer has travel insurance during the tour held from his or her country. Customers responsible for wholly arranging their insurance include medical expenses through illness or accident during trip.

Flight

  • Customer must careful with his or her schedule of time flight of departure and arrival. Flight problem is responsible by airline. Customer is consider to communicate about time flight to Exotic Komodo Ecotour in order to suit with time trip. If there is a delay and misses for a flight suffered by customer will responsible by between airline and customer itself.
